Welcome to the Mexico section of my travel blog! Here I share my firsthand experiences in this beautiful country. From the white sand beaches of Yucatan to the colonial city of Guanajuato, the bustling metropolis of Mexico City to the lush jungles of Chiapas, I have traveled extensively throughout Mexico.

I have been to Mexico 3 or 4 times in my life. Usually I stayed at least a few months to immerse myself in the culture. My favorite parts of Mexico are Guanajuato, San Cristobal de las Casas, and Oaxaca.

In 2019, I hitchhiked across the country. Among other cool experiences, I visited indigenous Mixe people up in the mountains of Oaxaca. In 2022, I lived in Merida and Chiapas and made a road trip between those states. I also traveled to the North to Viricuta desert with my Couchsurfing host, which was an unforgettable experience.
